It’s my pleasure to address you through this letter. This session is not just about books and exams, but about awakening the power within you. Remember, greatness is not a coincidence, but the result of your firm determination. As A. P. J. Abdul Kalam once said, “Dreams are that which do not let you sleep!” Our aim is not only to empower you with knowledge but also to nurture your mind and fuel your passion. Despite the advent of technology in this digital era, the teacher’s role in imparting meaningful education still is of immense value in a student’s life. The stronger the foundation, the brighter the future will be. The system of Higher Education is comprised of two essential elements — one is the teacher, the other is the student. And only with a proper union of both, education becomes meaningful. If we examine the current educational scenario, we must consider that serious disparities and imbalances have arisen between these two pillars.
Education lays the foundation for future life. All scholars have considered it to be the most integral part of the students’ life. If one or both fail to fulfill their proper roles for any reason, the future of the nation will be jeopardized. Thus education requires serious consideration. In this thought process, teachers’ contribution is significant. A conscientious teacher has the ability to change his environment. He can guide the students in the right direction and inculcate in them proper values.
We know that when a student enters the higher education system, he/she needs the guidance of a proper guru who can lead their way to success both in personal as well as professional life.
